The ambience of a well-bourgeois-classicistic restaurant is reflected in the menu. Basically, regional and middle-class cuisine is the main focus. It is worth mentioning that the fresh trout is delivered directly from the fisherman and the game comes from local forests. At the same time, attention is paid to healthy and allergy-tolerant dishes.

The range of dishes is supplemented by seasonal offers and, on advance booking, gastronomic events at the desired level.

They offer matching regional and international drinks for all dishes. For more than 25 years, they have sourced their quality wines from the winegrower Ursula Emrich from the partner city Bad Kreuznach. Of course, trendy products and seasonal offers are always included.
