In what is probably the oldest house in Senftenberg, modernity and the 17th century, half-timbered houses and coffee culture, and the big wide world and the Lusatian Lake District all come together. After being empty for almost 30 years, Markt 15 came to life again after undergoing careful renovation for a year.

In 7 guest rooms and apartments you will find high-quality furnishings and comfort with the charm of bygone times. Each room has its own special features. The 3 guest apartments are furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen and an additional sofa bed. The 3 guest rooms can be occupied individually or doubly and are individually furnished. The 45-square-metre-large maisonette suite has space for 2 adults and up to 2 children or 3 adults, and is additionally equipped with a small refrigerator and a dining area.

Wi-fi, parking and the use of the bicycle storage room are included for all guests. At Markt 15 you can book your overnight stay with breakfast. Senftenberg’s first coffee roastery has also been operating at Markt 15. On the ground floor of the listed building, various types of coffee from all over the world are gently roasted and sold. In the adjoining café you can enjoy the specialities of roasting master Martin Hengst directly.
