The ground-level flat is located in a residential area and within walking distance of Lake Senftenberg (approx. 1500 m). In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous opportunities for cycling, activities on and around Lake Senftenberg, as well as opportunities for an active holiday in the entire Lusatian Lakeland. It was extensively refurbished, renovated and lovingly furnished in spring 2021. Located in a dead-end street and directly adjacent to the bicycle road, so that you can easily reach the Senftenberg harbour and the surrounding beaches by bike via this road in 1.5 km. There is a shared garden, a parking space and a lockable bicycle garage on the property! Guest Wi-Fi and a barbecue are provided free of charge. The flat offers space for 2 persons and a child up to 10 years.

The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (160x 200) and enough storage space. Furthermore, there is a cosy living room with Smart-TV, which can be rotated into the bedroom. In the also newly furnished and fully equipped kitchen, there is the possibility to prepare smaller meals yourself. Through the adjoining hallway you reach the modern and individually furnished bathroom with shower / WC and plenty of space. There is an outdoor seating area in front of the flat.
