Three comfortable and fully equipped holiday apartments are available, each equipped with a fitted kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. Two of the holiday apartments hold two people, while the third one has two double rooms with space for up to four people. All holiday apartments have a balcony. A barbecue area is available for guests to use. The holiday apartments are located close to the River Neiße in a very quiet position nestling in an area of unspoilt nature. The apartments are an ideal base for days out into neighbouring Poland, the Schlaubetal valley, the Spreewald Forest, Cottbus wildlife park, the open-cast mining viewpoint in Grießen or the summer toboggan run in the Teichland district.

The apartments have three car parking places directly in front of them, are central and close to the restaurant on Lake Deulowitzer See. They are also very close to the Oder-Neiße Cycle Path, 500 metres from the B112 and 600 metres from the B97
