Camper van spaces at Rathenow – Baustrasse

The site is located close to the town centre directly at the Rathenower Stadtkanal in the direction of Tangermünde/Stendal in Steinstrasse (lock bridge). A green tourist information pillar is located on the road in Steinstrasse for guidance. The official camper van site is located in the rear section of the Steinstrasse/Baustrasse car park at the sports boat lock (small bridge) – separated by a fountain and a row of trees. There is an information panel with details located directly next to the camper van spaces. The tourist information centre is only 3 minutes' walk away (towards the church tower) and is open daily. The spaces are available free of charge. In addition, a supply pillar (ST-SAN) for drinking water, power (4x max. 1.5 kW) and grey water/waste water is available on site. Another electrical pillar with several connections is located in the area of the trees.

Nearby there is an EC cash dispenser, shops and restaurants. Maximum length of stay: 2 nights.

Please bear in mind: Westhavelland Nature and Star Park is a freely accessible landscape conservation area where "wild" camping in the open countryside is not permitted, whether with tents or camper vans.
