Lötze is part of Semlin and is directly by the lake "Hohennauener See". Semlin is within the nature park of the Westhavelland and is about 1 hour by car from Berlin. Sailing, surfing, swimming, fishing, cycling, walking and golfing are only a few activities for you to enjoy while holidaying in the area. The intact flora and fauna in the nature park and the lake contribute to "fresh air" relaxation. Part of the resort is its own bathing facility for access to the lake and it offers individuality. Within a radius of 5 km there are shopping facilities and numerous farm shops to purchase locally produced goods. Within a 3 minute reach, there is a golf court, which is a recognized 18-hole championship course that is used by both professional and leisure golfers.
