Holiday where Santa lives! The five forest houses are on a 4,500 square metre woodland property above Lake Stolpsee. The water is 250 metres away. The houses are about 50 square metres in size and are wonderfully decorated. They were fully renovated and newly decorated in 2014.

The houses have two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a further bedroom with bunk beds or a single bed with an extra bed.

The eat-in kitchen is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, fridge and a seating area. In the living room there is a wood-burning stove with a natural stone wall, a flatscreen television and a couch. The adjoining sun terrace has garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers.

The spacious bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Bicycles, canoes and motor boats can be rented here at an in-house price.

Every house has a bike shed and a parking space for a car.

On our property, there is a small self-service workshop where you can repair bicycle punctures yourself.
