The parking space is located near the town center and about 1.5 km from the lake. It offers electricity with 3 connections, water, disposal, and toilet disposal (no chemicals). Dogs are allowed.

Leisure time can be spent in the town with its historic old town in a variety of ways, such as visiting the Wege Museum with a gallery and library, the parish church of St. Peter and Paul, and the beach with boat rentals. There are fishing opportunities, a hiking trail along the lakeshore, and cycling routes.

There is also a train connection to the Berlin regional express, which runs every 1–2 hours.
