This is how it has been for over 100 years when guests want to get to the island restaurant on Lake Untersee.

The island is a place to relax, enjoy, take a dip, paddle, feast and just feel at ease. The restaurant is about an hour's drive from Berlin in the beautiful town of Kyritz on the River Knatter. It is actually a real island – completely surrounded by water. A paradise for the young and old and the perfect day out when you want to get out of the house and breathe in the fresh air from the lake over a chilled beer or a tasty home-made dish.
