Guests are invited to spend a holiday in a spacious eighty square metre property right on the water's edge with wonderful views of Lake Großer Baalsee. The large outdoor area with a fireplace, barbecue area and sunbathing lawn with comfortable lounge furniture will make the holiday really great.

The holiday home can accommodate a maximum of six people. Overnight accommodation is available in a total of four rooms. Two of these are double rooms, one bedroom has a single bed and the seating in the living room area can also be used as a sofa bed. There is also a living room area with an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and a conservatory. Two parking spaces for guests are reserved under the carport.

Smoking is permitted in the conservatory in exceptional cases.

The minimum stay is four nights.

From April 1 to October 31, the rental price is Euro 80 per day and Euro 520 per week.

From November 1 to March 31, the rental price is Euro 65 per day and Euro 420 per week.

The final cleaning charge is Euro 50 and pets are allowed for a one-off charge of Euro 30.
