The holiday flat is located in a quiet estate of terraced houses at the periphery from Potsdam near the Wildparks. You need 10 minutes with the bus or with your car to reach the city center. Shopping facilities are only few minutes away with the car. From the train station 'Park Sanssouci' you will reach with the regional train in 25 minutes Berlin. A parking possibility for a vehicle is available. The Park Sanssouci, with its catles and gardens, is approx. 10 minutes away by walk. The holiday flat is situated in the basement from the house, but still allows sufficient daylight into the room. It has a bed and living room with a little terrace, with a view into the garden. To prepare the meals a kitchenette with two coocking plates, microwawe, toaster, water boiler, coffee machine and a fridge with a freezer are available. Behind the kitchen there is a bathroom with a shower and a sink. Due to the design of the houses, the WC is located in the entrance area. Via an interior corridor you reach the living area. Since there is a staircase in the hallway leading to the upper floor of the house, we would like to point out that the holiday flat is not suitable for families with small children. Pets are not allowed in the flat.
