Café Caroline is situated next to the visitor centre at Neues Palais. Hot and cold drinks as well as snacks, rolls, pizza, sausages and wraps are offered for the break within a historical palace and park tour. In the fashionably furnished café 25 guests are welcomed, 12 seats are provided at the terrace. All entrances are barrier-free. Public restrooms are available.

The visitor centre and the café are housed in the former washhouse of the New Palace. It was rebuilt in accordance with the requirements of monument protection.
