It has a separate bedroom and bath, in the upper part of the apartment is the living room and the kitchen. A car parking space is available across the street in the Karstadt car park and included in the price. Just around the corner you will find markets, boutiques, restaurants and pubs. The Park Sanssouci, the Russian colony Alexandrowka or the Dutch quarter are reachable in few walking minutes. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
