Since December 2017 there is the restaurant kochZIMMER of the Frankenhäuser family in the "Gaststätte zur Ratswaage" at the New Market in Potsdam. It serves "New Prussian Cuisine" with a variety of high-quality handcrafted and local products from Brandenburg. The menus of the Prussian kings are reinterpreted in a modern way and combined with international influences. The wine selection takes you on a journey through German and French wine-growing regions.

Guests experience Potsdam´s culture and history in the building from 1752. Stylishly and individually designed rooms invite to a dinner for two, with the family or with friends as well as to wedding, birthday or business celebrations. Up to 50 persons are welcomed in the guest room and up to 20 persons may use the separate fireplace room. An old fountain is situated in the romantic baroque court.

For groups, the restaurant offers space for around 50 people. The restaurant can be booked for private events.

Awards: Guide Michelin, Gault & Millau: 16 points

Delivery service: Menu boxes with star awarded dishes might be ordered online.
