The holiday home is idyllically situated in the quiet centre of Niemtsch. With a living space of 100 square metres, the carefully restored holiday home has enough space for up to nine people. It has a combined living and dining area with open-plan kitchen, television and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom and a child’s bedroom with two bunk beds (also for adults) a cot and a travel bed for children, plus a large sofa bed for two adults. The equipment also includes a washing machine and underfloor heating.

Outside, guests can make use of a large garden with wooden deck, barbecue and fire bowl. Bicycles and toys for playing by the lake can be stored in the summer house. The bathing area with large sunbathing lawn is 350 metres away. The cycle path is right outside the door – cyclists, inline skaters and hikers can start their tours from the holiday home.
