The menu offers regional dishes such as a Sorbian wedding meal, for example, or potatoes boiled in their skins with curd cheese and Lausitz linseed oil, Sorbian wedding soup, boiled fillet of beef in horseradish sauce, Teichelmauke (potato purée, meat and sauerkraut), buckwheat dishes, Lausitz carp or elderberry soup. The meals are prepared using regional products.

Extras: Children’s menu, celebrations, anniversaries, company events, weddings, conferences (40 people)
