A mixture of listed industrial flair and modern furnishings makes a stay at the IBS something special. The hotel rooms, dining rooms, seminar rooms and lounges are spread over 3 floors. The large garden invites you to linger. Free WLAN, parking spaces, playground equipment for children and a lockable bicycle room are a matter of course. In addition to the rich breakfast, cold and hot drinks are available for self-service all day. The quiet but central location and the unique ambience of the cultural monument are particularly popular with our guests. There are single, double and multi-bed rooms. In the multi-bed rooms there is an additional couch that can be used as an extra bed. All rooms are equipped with a wardrobe, a coat rack and a desk. The bathrooms are modern in design and have a washbasin with mirror, WC and walk-in shower.

All regions of the Lusatian Lakeland are within easy reach thanks to the bus stop right next to the house. In addition, various shopping facilities and the railway station are within a 3-kilometre radius in the immediate vicinity. The larger cities of Hoyerswerda and Senftenberg are both 15 minutes away by car.
