The holiday home Cassiopeia is located in the village Wolsier with about 200 inhabitants, about 5 kilometres from Parey and 3 kilometres from Gülpe. Off the beaten track there is almost no through traffic, a little bit you feel like ""at the end of the world"". Along the village street, the typical one-storey houses are lined up with their back properties. This house is one of them and is located in the middle of the village. The Cassiopeia holiday home, which measures around 50 square metres, extends over the entire front side of the building and is completely south-facing. Large windows create a bright and warm atmosphere. Havel and Gülper Havel are not far away and can be easily reached by bicycle. In Parey you will find a wonderful, large natural bathing place with a sandy beach, in Gülpe the strongly flowing Gülper Havel invites you to ""swim against the current"" and then ""let yourself be driven back"". Between the villages of Parey, Spaatz, Wolsier and Gülpe stretches the ""Große Grabenniederung"", an unspoilt landscape with wide meadows and floodplains, characterised by the course of the Havel. In spring thousands of water birds breed here, in autumn the region around Lake Gülp is an important resting place for geese and cranes on their way south. Swimming, cycling, walking and hiking, out on the water by boat or simply looking for a nice place in the sun and enjoying nature. Around Wolsier there are many possibilities to leave everyday life behind. You can also go hiking with a donkey - at the ""Eselhof Wolsier"" just a few houses away. Numerous nature and landscape guides offer tours in the nature reserve and nocturnal stargazing.
