This holiday apartment for up to four people is located in a modern detached house at the edge of town surrounded by a 1,000-square metre garden. Guests are welcome to use the garden. The apartment in the attic of the house has two living-cum-bedrooms with seating and pull-out beds for two people each. There is also a cot. Each room has satellite television, radio and a CD player. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with dining table in the dormer studio area, which also has a window.

The garden has a sunbathing lawn, a terrace with patio furniture and barbecue as well as a playground. Parking is also available. Pets can be brought along by arrangement. Bicycles are available for rent. The apartment has air conditioning, providing cool air in the summer months.
