The former "New Mill" on a 15,000-square metre property accommodates single, double and shared rooms tastefully furnished in fresh colours and wooden furniture. The facility, run by the actor, comedian and director Karl-Heinz Helmschrot, is also ideal for groups and seminars.

It sleeps up to 27 people in total. The rooms share a bathroom and a toilet on the same floor. The large communal kitchen is equipped with a restaurant cooker and be used to cater for up to 100 people. It has a dining table and a cosy wood-burning stove and can also be used as an eat-in kitchen. The building also features a hall with a stage.

The large woodland site by the Nonnenfließ river and Lake Mühlensee features an amateur football field and a volleyball court, an exciting forest playground, a barefoot trail, a barbecue area and terraces with seating outside the rooms. You can swim and fish in the surrounding waters. Bicycles are available for hire. Full board can also be booked.
