The large forest villa is located on the edge of town in wild and romantic countryside by the Nonnenfließ river. The villa accommodates a holiday apartment for two people and a large apartment – the "Turm-Zimmer", the tower room – which also sleeps two, with additional beds being available on request.

The holiday apartment has one bedroom and one living room, a bathroom with bath tub and a kitchen unit. The tower room also has a kitchen unit, and the bathroom has a shower. Both apartments have a television and radio. A cot can be provided on request.

Guests have use of the roof terrace as well as the garden with sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, barbecue area and playground. There is a barefoot trail that opens up the senses to the natural world. A car parking space is available. The forest villa is a great starting point for exploring the fascinating countryside of the Nonnenfließ river valley and the neighbouring Lake Mühlensee.
