These two modern holiday apartments are located in a former horse stable facility which dates back to 1928. The property has its own lake access, which can be used by guests from Monday to Thursday, complete with sunbathing lawn, jetty and barbecue pavilion. The child-friendly lido “Am Trift” is only a five-minute walk away.

The small maisonette apartment is 50 square metres in size and suitable for up to three persons. On the inviting ground floor there is a living room area, an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A steep staircase leads up to the bedroom on the upper floor. Here there is a double and a single bed – and a beautiful view of Lake Scharmützelsee.

The large maisonette apartment has a surface area of 70 square metres and is suitable either for up to six adults or for a maximum of four adults and four children. The two bedrooms on the upper floor each have a double bed and a pull-out bed. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living-dining area, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

Both apartments have underfloor heating and seating on the furnished terrace. There is also a small playground in the yard. Bicycles are available for four people.
