The three apartments and two suites are located in former farm buildings with fieldstone foundations and brick walls.

All apartments and rooms have modern fittings, an open-plan kitchen in the living room area and a bathroom with shower. The property is located directly on Lake Scharmützelsee and has its own lake access with a jetty. On the shore there is a barbecue fireplace available for guests to enjoy nights under the starry sky. A playground is also available on the property. Some of the apartments have a winter garden, which can also be heated in winter. Products we grow ourselves can be purchased directly from the landlord.
