This is a luxurious 90 square metre antique-furnished holiday apartment. It is situated in the attic of a vaulted 'Mittelflurhaus' residence with a central hallway, built around 1830 and typical for this region. The house stands right in the centre of the picturesque hamlet of Pritzhagen overlooking the village pond at the side of the church. The small holiday home is located in the extension to the house - built around 1920 - which used to house the laundry, smoking room and staff accommodation. Both buildings have been refurbished with great attention to detail using environmental building materials. In summer, enjoy a relaxing barbecue in the evening on the wooden terrace behind the barn or in the courtyard by the camp fire. Savour the privacy of private grounds extending to 3,300 square metres around the house.
