The historic building dating from 1909 is picturesquely situated on a hill between the Lakes Hammersee and Kleiner Schinkensee. The water of Lake Hammersee can be seen sparkling between the trees from the outside terrace. In addition to the hotel with single and double rooms, there are three apartments for two persons each, with a modern bathroom with shower. The stylishly furnished bedrooms and living rooms contain artistic elements such as wooden borders and wood-fired heating.

There is a restaurant on the premises. Breakfast is included in the price. During the cold months, a warm fire crackles in the rustic dining area.
