The fish come from the lakes around Kossenblatt and are processed into smoked fish daily. A key focus is on traditional hot smoking, which gives the fish specialties their juicy and aromatic flavor profile.

The focus is on local fish species such as eel, zander, carp, pike, tench, and catfish. The family places great importance on high-quality products, regional fish species, and preserving the traditional art of fishing.

The products are available in the region via mobile sales trucks, at the farm store in Giesensdorf, and through the online shop. There, you can conveniently order smoked fish and have it delivered to your home.
