The country restaurant of Landgasthof Simke is in a wonderfully tranquil location close to the forest and lake. The restaurant has a long family tradition and is a perfect oasis for holidaymakers, cyclists, clubs and choirs. The inn with is own guest house lies directly on the Oder-Spree Tour cycle path. Almost all the ingredients for the venison, fish and meat dishes and for the vegetarian food are regionally sourced. The family-run business has been operating for over 200 years. Much has been done over the years. The guest rooms and the function room (for up to 200 people) have been fully restored, retaining the charm of the buildings, to breathe new life into the centuries-old traditional premises. A lot of love and dedication has also gone into the construction of a barn-style concert hall. The inn also boasts picturesque seating around the fountain in the courtyard, table tennis, pool tables, pedal cars and petting animals.
