The "Charlottenhof" is located in Zechlinerhütte, a popular resort since the beginning of the 20th century. The village is located 6 km north of Rheinsberg in the middle of forests, lakes and meadows.

The vacation apartments are equipped for 2 to 5 people and offer, in addition to many recreational opportunities, a private swimming beach with fishing pier.

They are located 150m from the Schlabornsee, directly in the village center. Each apartment has a covered balcony or terrace with garden furniture.  Two apartments are accessible via ramps for wheelchair users. On the premises there are plenty of parking spaces, barbecue areas and a variety of recreational facilities (billiards and darts room, table tennis table, volleyball and badminton court, basketball hoop, large field chess). For the younger guests there is a swing, a sandbox and a climbing frame. In addition, kayaks and rowing boats can be rented at a discount.
