It´s a spacious apartment, consisting of 3 rooms, located on the 4th floor (lift available) in a multi-family house in Potsdam-Waldstadt. In this residential area, 4 km in the south of the historic Old Town, you will find plenty of dining options and shops. The railway station Bergholz-Rehbrücke, stop for the Regional Express to Berlin, can be reached, on foot, in 10 minutes. From the living room and the fully equipped kitchen you have access to the approximatevely 50 square meter roof terrace. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, provide a comfortable stay for up to 4 adults. For longer stays, there is a free weekly cleaning service. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
