In a listed villa in the garden city "Lauta Nord" is the vacation apartment. The villa has been extensively renovated and the apartment is newly furnished in 2020. Despite central location and permitted resident traffic, the street is very quiet. On the premises there is a parking space for guests. For bicycles there is a shelter. Guests can borrow bicycles on request and for a fee.

The apartment is located on the upper floor and has a living room and bedroom. The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven and dishwasher, as well as a dining area. The bedroom has a double bed and closet. An extra bed for a 3rd person is possible in the living room on a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink and toilet. The balcony invites you to linger with seating furniture and a large parasol.

The accommodation is an ideal starting point for activities. No matter if you go to the lake for swimming, want to be active by bike or inline skating or just want to relax. Guests can reach the Krabat Mill after about 6 km, as well as the family park at Lake Senftenberg. Directly in front of the front door you can start by bike through the lake district and after about 7 km you can climb the "Rostigen Nagel" (landmark) and enjoy a great view over the Lusatian Lake District.

Shopping facilities, children's playground and a quiet park are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
