The luxuriously appointed penthouse directly overlooks Lake Großräschener See marina. It is the perfect base for active fun, relaxation and recreation – for sun lovers, "keen swimmers", amateur boaters, cyclists, skaters, bikers and nature lovers.

The 130-square metre apartment sleeps up to nine people (including extra children’s beds). All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and parquet flooring or floor tiles. The two large, south-facing 16-square metre modern furnished roof terraces are bathed in sunlight and provide a magnificent panoramic view of the lake and marina. The apartment was built in 2017.
