The Ferienhaus im Grünen is an ideal accommodation for 2 to 3 people. It is a lovingly furnished holiday flat on the edge of the town centre of Spremberg. On 50 m² there is a spacious kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with flat screen TV and a bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe. There is also an extra possibility for a children's travel bed. The facility is certified ground level, but not barrier-free.

The holiday home is located on a residential plot and is a non-smoking property. Outside, there is a large, well-maintained garden with a sunbathing lawn and terrace. A barbecue is also available in the outdoor area.

There is parking space for a car or a camper van on the property.

The Spree cycle path leads directly past Spremberg and offers the opportunity to actively experience the surroundings in nature. Only a few minutes' walk from the holiday home, the Spremberg adventure pool invites you to play and have fun. Shopping at the supermarket or a stroll through town with a stop at a coffee shop or restaurants is possible within a short distance.

Excursions to the Lusatian Lakeland and the Spreewald are popular and easily accessible. Guests enjoy visiting the beautifully landscaped parks of Prince Pückler in Bad Muskau and Branitz Castle in Cottbus.
