"Herb-grower-Heidi" prepares dishes using wild herbs that she has picked in her garden together with guests or participants in her events in the Kräuterwerkstatt herb workshop in Ferch, a town district of the municipality of Schwielowsee. Her expertise and passion is the harvesting and preparation of herbs and wild herbs. Heidi Knappe is a trained chef, graduate economist and herb educator. She loves to share her knowledge of many forest and garden plants unknown to us in her creative and herb workshop in Ferch where she produces wild herb and wild fruit products. She creates wild herb dishes, offers willow braiding, bread baking, flower and herbal soap making and makes Advent wreaths. Heidi Knappe holds workshops, seminars, gives talks and organises events.
