The Syring family’s farm in the Beelitz village district of Zauchwitz is known throughout the region for its asparagus and pumpkins. Alongside selling its produce in the farm shop and at numerous farm stalls in the region, the family also runs a café-restaurant on the farm. The kitchen of the Syringhof Farm treats guests to delicious dishes made using produce from the farm: from spring and asparagus harvest time to the autumn and pumpkin harvest time. “Green gold”, the region’s asparagus, is served straight from the field to the table. Also recommended are the farm’s ice cream specialities with pumpkin seed oil, pumpkin soup or home-made cakes. The farm has covered dining areas as well as a large outdoor area.

The asparagus farm also offers takeaway meals. During opening hours, guests can pre-order by telephone or pop by to order their favourite meals to take away. Tip for the asparagus season: unpeeled asparagus can also be sent by post.
