Are you brave enough to abseil from a height of 60 metres? Or would you like to treat somebody to an extraordinary experience? Abseiling at the F60 is a great idea in any case! You are going to be stunned even as you approach the meeting point. At 502 metres long, 202 metres wide and 80 metres tall, the F60 that consists of 11,000 tonnes of steel is a truly impressive sight. The surface mining equipment has been converted into a visitor mine. At the start of your visit, you are greeted by a guide who will share some fascination information about the F60 with you. A lift will then take you to the platform that is installed at a height of 60 metres. There is no turning back now! A safety check is carried out, after you have put on the equipment. The abseiling technique is then explained, before you start your controlled vertical descent down the steel giant.
