A holiday home on the river with a large estate and absolute tranquillity. The house was built as a holiday home by our grandparents in 1932, and underwent a high-grade renovation in 2017. The new design brings together the features of the old building with more elaborate modern architecture. The large property is located right by the water along with an old tree population, offering an exceptional view of the surrounding nature. The immediate vicinity provides a wide range of relaxation options. On the one hand, the location of the property offers complete tranquillity, while on the other the vibrancy and exuberance of Berlin are not far away and can be reached easily.
