The two feel-good holiday apartments are in a converted barn featuring natural materials such as wood and clay plaster. The barn is comfortably heated using wall heating. The large holiday apartment has five beds, making it ideal for families. The small apartment is perfect for single holidaymakers or couples. Groups of up to seven people can rent the two apartments together with a communal kitchen on the ground floor.

Both apartments have a combined living room/bedroom with seating and a kitchen unit. The larger apartment has an additional bedroom with a bunk bed and a wood-burning stove. Both apartments also have a bathroom with shower.

Guests have use of their own private area of the garden with garden furniture. Parking is available. There is also a seminar building on the premises with rooms for smaller groups. The village of Brodowin is situated in the middle of the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve with its many outdoor leisure activities.
