This holiday home is in a slightly elevated location on a terminal moraine above the Niederoderbruch nature reserve. The three holiday apartments in this building feature down-to-earth furnishings. Two of the apartments (24 and 36 square metres) are on the ground floor and sleep two people each. They both have a combined living room/bedroom, and open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Both apartments have a private terrace.

The third apartment is in the attic. It is 60 square metres in size and sleeps four people. It has a living room with open kitchen and seating and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower. The apartment also has a large balcony with seating furniture. There is a separate entrance via an outside staircase. Extra bed(s) can be added.

All of the apartments have a television and radio. A cot can be provided. There are parking spaces and a sandpit in the garden. The building is located 500 metres outside the village. The Niederfinow boat lift is 2.5 kilometres away.
