Situated directly on the northern shore of Lake Unteruckersee, Prenzlau is the principal municipality of the Uckermark district and an attractive place to visit with its greenery, playgrounds, attractive lakeside park and much more besides. It offers interesting leisure activities such as boat trips, museum visits, exhibitions, concerts and cabarets, with something on offer for everyone.

The town information centre staff will be delighted to help you plan and arrange your stay and offer the following services:
  • Information material about Prenzlau and its surroundings
  • Information on tourist offers and events
  • Organisation of guided tours and sightseeing tours (for example: town, museum and church tours, bicycle tours, hiking tours)
  • Drawing up modular and package offers for individual and group travellers
  • Accommodation service
  • Sale of souvenirs
  • Sale of fishing permits for Lake Unteruckersee
  • Advance ticket sales (CTS, Reservix)
  • Brochure dispatch
  • Postcards, maps
  • Guided tours of the town (May to September, Saturdays, 11 a.m., meeting point: Stadtinformation Prenzlau)
