Schwedt/Oder. Our two holiday apartments are in a quiet estate of owner-occupied homes on the outskirts of Schwedt/Oder, near the forest and by the Unteres Odertal national park.

Facilities:

Holiday apartment 1 is 20 square metres in size, has a combined living room/bedroom, a kitchenette, lobby and bathroom. The living room/bedroom contains a double sofa bed, a wardrobe plus several multi-purpose cupboards, a coffee table, television with radio. The kitchenette is equipped with a wall cabinet, sink unit, fridge, cooker hobs, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and basic crockery, glasses and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Hairdryer, mirrored cupboard and towel rail are provided.

Holiday apartment 2 is 40 square metres in size, has a living room, separate bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

The living room includes a dining area for four people. There is also another comfortable seating area, consisting of a corner double sofa with armchair, coffee table plus a sideboard, television and radio. If necessary, two people can sleep on the sofa. The kitchen contains fitted cupboards, a sink unit, fridge with freezer compartment, 4-plate hob with kitchen stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Basic crockery, glasses and cutlery are provided. The separate bedroom contains lounge beds suitable for seniors, with bedside table and lamps. The bedroom is easily accessible. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower and a toilet. Cupboards and a mirror, towel rails and a hairdryer are provided.

The holiday apartments have a separate entrance, are non-smoking apartments and are located on the ground floor of our building.
