UMBIO is a small organic farm that specialises in extensive fruit farming. The team farms all products on the organic fruit orchards: apples, pears, plums, hazelnuts, walnuts, vegetables, honey and game.

If you are local or in Berlin, a membership in the UMBIO CSA ("community supported agriculture") might be for you to receive fresh weekly products from the orchards. 



You might come across old apple varieties such as Louise Bonne, Prince Albrecht of Prussia and even Emperor Wilhelm in the surrounding apple and pear orchards. The fruit is crushed and the juice extracted at the farm’s own juicery while it is still fresh, without needing to be transported long distances. We can also produce apple juice from your own fruit during the season. You must book a time slot by telephone before bringing your fruit to us!

Pressing of apples, pasteurisation, filling into 1-litre glass bottles or bag-in-box. Juice from your own fruit, starting from 300 kilogrammes of apples.

Alongside our unique organic apple juice, we also offer mixed juices, organic honey, meat and game products.
