The holiday home Lisa is located in a convenient residential area in the northern part of Cottbus-Sielow. The quarter is particularly suitable for bicycle tourists and also not so enthusiastic cyclists. The landscape is flat, has many forests and lakes and a fantastic cycle path on the Spreedeich. Insights into the life and culture of the Wends are also interesting and presented in the neighbouring stork village of Dissen (3 km). Cottbus is the gateway to the Spreewald. The city has mainly well developed cycle paths. Especially recommended are the good cycle paths into the Spreewald (after Burg about 16 km on the Gurkenradweg) and further to Lübbenau (about 35 km). Also recommended are tours in the city area to the Spreewehrmühle and the castle and Fürst-Pückler-Park Branitz on the southern outskirts of Cottbus. But also a visit to the fishing and fortress town Peitz (approx. 10 km) with its impressive fortress and the carp ponds are a worthwhile excursion destination. The leisure pool "Lagune" (approx. 1.5 km away from the accommodation) and the Spreewaldtherme in Burg (approx. 15 km away) invite you to swim in Cottbus. Cheap shopping facilities can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there is a bus stop for the bus line to the city centre of Cottbus. The journey from the railway station to the holiday home can be done with the bus line 15 from the station forecourt to the stop Siedlerstraße. On request you can also be picked up by car. Unfortunately, it is not permitted to bring your pet with you. If you do not want to leave your pet at home, you can also contact the animal boarding house in Cottbus. You can look forward to a holiday that can also be actively organised according to your wishes.
