Holidays at the Ferienhaus- & Campingpark "Ludwig Leichhardt" in Zaue by the lake Schwielochsee are all about relaxation and exploring. The biggest natural campsite of Spreewald Forest is not divided into individual pitches, and it is a truly natural site. It covers a two kilometres long stretch along the shore of the lake Großer Schwielochsee. Many of the pitches offer a direct view of the lake.

The campsite features a bathroom building, rental bathroom facilities, a mother and child bathroom, washrooms with shower cubicles, individual bathroom cubicles and underfloor heating. There is also an accessible bathroom, a kitchen, a launderette and a restaurant. There is a kiosk in the reception building. A breakfast roll service is available from the restaurant.

Those who do not arrive with their own tent, camper or caravan can opt for an unforgettable stay in one of the four-star holiday homes that are equipped with all modern conveniences.

Located in one of Brandenburg’s most attractive water sports areas, visitors can choose from a wide range of activities and recreational offerings. Among these are canoe and paddle boat tours, surfing and water skiing. Pedal boats are available for rent directly on the campsite. A bicycle tour is the ideal way to explore the area on land (for example with an e-bike rented on site). The campsite also organises guided nature walks and little animal lovers will enjoy the kangaroo enclosure.
