The youth campsite features more than 40 pitches for tents and spaces for camping vehicles. It is located in the grounds of the youth hostel in Burg in the eastern part of Spreewald Forest, about 20 kilometres to the north-west of Cottbus.

The site is situated by the main river Spree, making it the ideal starting point for canoe and cycling tours in the wonderful landscape of Spreewald Forest. At the end of days out in the Spreewald, guests can enjoy more exercise on the volleyball and basketball court or play a game of table tennis, and a barbecue is the ideal way to round off the day.

The youth hostel has a total of 202 beds in three buildings and 15 cabins.

There are suitable rooms for seminars as well as the corresponding conference equipment.
