The house is in a wonderfully quiet location on the slopes of a former vineyard with a fantastic view over the spa town. It is only a 5-minute walk to the town centre with its historic centre, and 2 km to the spa clinic. When the weather is nice, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace and the sunbathing lawn, garden furniture and loungers are available.

The holiday flat is on one level, has a living space of 114 m² and is suitable for 2-4 people. It is a non-smoking flat, the house entrance via the terrace is separate. The flat has a living room, 2 bedrooms, a spacious hallway/dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and shower enclosure. All rooms have windows that can be darkened with roller shutters.

Internet use via WLAN is possible. Pets only on request.
