The apartment is located in Boxberg in the district of Klitten. The well-developed network of bike paths invites you to extensive bike tours. On the 21 km asphalted lakeside circular path offers wonderful views of the lake for cyclists, runners or skaters. The largest inland lake in the Lusatian Lakeland is a popular attraction for all those who are looking for sun and beach or for sports activities. Other destinations would be the erratic block park in Nochten or the "Theater im Ohr" which is located directly on the lake. Different events take place here. In the village there is a baker, butcher and a mini market. The bus stop is about 150 m away and the train station 2 km.

The host house was built in 2000, the vacation apartment at the lime tree is located on the upper floor and is accessible via a staircase. A lockable storage facility for bicycles brought along and a free parking space for the car is available on property. Children are welcome and can look forward to various playground equipment. For a small fee guests can rent simple bicycles.
