The holiday complex is just 300 metres away from Lake Senftenberger See. There are four apartments, each sleeping two to four people. All apartments are situated next to each other and can be accessed separately. They each consist of a combined dining and living room area with television and kitchenette, as well as a small bathroom. Some also have a separate bedroom. Each apartment also boasts a large furnished terrace. The apartments are furnished with plenty of wood in bright and friendly colours.

Guests are welcome to use the garden barbecue, table tennis table and playground in the garden. Parking is also available. There is a boat and bicycle rental service in the immediate vicinity and many other leisure activities in the Großkoschen Family Park.
