Original GDR soft ice cream – Indulge yourself in a bit of nostalgia and remind yourself of the good-old flavour of GDR soft ice cream in a shell-shaped wafer. The soft ice cream is actually produced in original GDR ice cream-making machines, which have been meticulously restored. In addition to his mobile ice cream vans that turn up at various festivals, Maik also sells his delicious soft ice cream from April through to October in his ice cream hut in Brielow.

He also currently offers a delivery service for 8 or more tubs of ice cream for the city of Brandenburg an der Havel and the town districts of Brielow, Radewege, Fohrde, Pritzerbe: Monday to Sunday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Orders placed up to 1 p.m. will be delivered the same day providing the ice cream is in stock.
