The building that houses the 3-star hotel was built in the middle of the 19th century as the "Zum Weißen Schwan” hotel and guest house. The hotel is conveniently located off the B96 and is close to the Notte Canal and the adjacent town park. The railway station and town centre are only a few minutes' walk away. The restaurant has its own parking.

The hotel has one apartment, 14 double rooms, four triple rooms and four single rooms. The air-conditioned rooms are modern and functionally furnished, either with bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, fridge, LCD television, radio and telephone. A fresh fruit platter awaits guests in their room on arrival.

The large beer garden behind the house has a picturesque location directly on the Notte Canal.
