The three holiday apartments are on the upper floor of the "Wiesencafe", which is situated on a peninsula between Lake Teupitz and Lake Schwerin. The apartments offer space for two and four people on 25 to 30 square metres. They all have a combined living and dining area with a kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Two apartments have a separate bedroom. The three apartments all have access to a common large sun terrace overlooking the lake. The apartments are furnished in a maritime style, with sunlight flooding in through the terrace windows.

A holiday home is also rented on the same site. It offers space for up to four people on 60 square metres and has a living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It has a maritime and rustic interior style. The house is located directly on the lake and has its own landing stage. The sunbathing lawn, garden furniture and grill can be used by the guests.
